I will always remember President Hinckley. He was the only President I ever knew, I grew up with him being our prophet. I absolutely loved that man. He is such an amazing man to look up to. He had the strongest testimony. I will miss him so much. I don't feel sad about his passing, I feel joy because he finally gets to be back with his wife after being away from her for so long and I feel jealous because he finally gets to be be with the Lord and I know that the Lord is hugging him and telling him "Well done thou good and faithful servant."
I had the opportunity to meet both President Faust and President Monson and President Hinckley was the only I had yet to meet.
He was known in our church by expanding our members through out the world and by bringing the temples to members who are not lucky enough to have a temple around every corner like we here in Salt Lake do.
I love him so much, it is like loosing a grandpa. I loved his laugh and his personality and his humor. Even at the old age of 97 he was so youthful. I hope my sons will read of his legacy and wish to emmulate such a loving, caring and compassionate man that he was.
